RBH Designs Vapor Mitts are designed for best use as a system with our VaprThrm liners. However we now offer the shells separately as well.  

Our Vapor Mitt shells are constructed from 200 denier high-tenacity oxford that has been treated with a  waterproof coating to withstand the harshest abuse. All nylon parts are laser or hot cut to prevent raveling. Nylon thread and high stitch count are used throughout. Palm, thumb and box pieces are made from Pittards leather to withstand the rigors of rappels and to remain supple in sub-zero conditions. The box construction and anatomic curve increases warmth and reduces fatigue. Technical features include: one-handed gauntlet closure,  idiot cord, fleece nose wipe and Velcro on the end of gauntlet to accommodate the sweat skirt on our liners. The gauntlet is cut wide to fit over a bulky parka and to release excess heat if necessary.
